Overview
Raymond Yap is an established TetraMap facilitator certified by Yoshimi and Jon Brett. He is also an active and experienced trainer, executive coach and management consultant. He has facilitated many workshops and meetings for senior management and operations staff using TetraMap and Large Group Intervention processes (such as Open Space Technology, The World Caf? and Future Search). Some of his clients include Singapore Armed Forces, Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS), Defence Science Technology Agency, Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) and Temasek Club. Many of his clients have enjoyed and benefitted from the TetraMap experience.
Raymond is also a certified executive coach with Stolmack (Australia) and he is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Coaching with the University of Lancaster. He is also a qualified consultant for Business Excellence (SPRING-Singapore) and Service-Class (SPRING-Singapore). In addition, he is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner.
His other portfolios include EXCO membership of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) - 9th ASIA Conference 2006, EXCO member in the 1st Singapore Facilitators Conference 2007 and EXCO member for the International Conference on Experiential Conference 2008. He is also the Chairperson Event Committee with the American Society for Training & Development Global Network Singapore (ASTD GNS), promoting continuous training and development for professional trainers and human resources community in Singapore. Raymond is also a member of Singapore Professionals and Executives Co-operative Limited (SPEC).
Raymond also served as a volunteer with the HCA Hospice Care (HCA). He conducts A Touch of Love workshop under the Student Education Programme (SEP) with HCA to bring awareness on the Hospice and create love and care for the secondary school students in Singapore.
