Also a Director of TetraMap UK and LA Direction.

Louise became interested in TetraMap in 1999 whilst working in New Zealand, and found the more she worked with the tool the more successful the outcomes of her training workshops became. She comments Initially, I was amazed at how quickly and easily TetraMap helped people discover things about themselves and others on the team. As a facilitator, I also loved the choice of language and positive way differences were recognized, appreciated and valued. The use of nature as a metaphor is also key, especially when I found people still using the terms earth, air, water and fire 6 months after attending a workshop! The emphasis on metaphor, accelerated learning and active participation demonstrates how much more valuable learning becomes when participants are fully involved and engaged in the process. I soon realized that TetraMap was so much more than a model of behaviour - it's a way of thinking and behaving. It's a framework for understanding and working creatively, and taking responsibility for the impact you have on others and your environment. Now, I try to remember this every day both at work and at home!

Louise has facilitated many TetraMap workshops for a diverse range of number of clients both in New Zealand and the UK, and became a Master Facilitator in 2003. Since then she has been working to support and develop other facilitators and organisations to use the model.
Now living in New Zealand, she is also working alongside the developers of TetraMap, Jon and Yoshimi Brett. Louise is currently focusing on increasing awareness of this refreshing alternative training tool to HR managers, facilitators and organisations internationally.

Louise believes that learning should be flexible, fun, enjoyable and relaxed, but is also passionate about proving the return and value to those who hold the purse strings.
