Coaching and developing a Team of Trainers on a journey of discovering and adopting new soft and management skills, using the Learning Cycle, Learning Styles, Transactional Analysis, ITN and TNA, theories, models, exercises, reflective sessions, practice in the field and psychometrics to enable them to train a wide range of people from other departments, with the end destination of Learning Consultant Hotel, where they will be so comfortable they will choose to become a permanent resident

TetraMap Facilitation

Our Teams are predominantly made up of internally promoted characters who have up to this point been restricted to demonstration and corrective training. As it is my task to develop these people into what might be described as Learning Consultants I see TetraMap as a vital addition to my Toolkit as it will highlight how to value the differences in people and to help my Team to understand how to adapt to others, while learning how to celebrate these varieties.
