TetraMap Facilitation

TetraMap plays a key part in both the first and final steps of my Personal Leadership Programme. Firstly it's all about Discovery Of Self. Helping people to see why they are like they are and how other people might view them. Finally I use TetraMap to help people create Bridge Building Relationships by wisely adapting their own behavioural style to create positive win-win outcomes. My finding is that when people truly understand TetraMapping they can use it on a personal level to just about get on with anyone and on a team level to boost teamwork, communication, culture and performance.
