Joyce has worked as a consultant for over twenty years. Her areas of expertise include client-focused approaches to sales communication, sales management, relationship management, client service management and product knowledge.

She has extensive instructional design expertise and focuses on ensuring that workshop solutions provide participants with business-specific, practical experiences that they can use immediately in performing their professional responsibilities.

Prior to joining RogenSi, Joyce consulted independently, across various industries in the U.S. She has worked extensively with financial services institutions, including the functional areas of global securities processing, global cash and treasury management, and retail banking. Her clients have included industry leaders such as JPMorgan Chase, Barclays Capital, and Citigroup.

Joyce also has experience in the transportation and supply chain industries, working with businesses to develop client-focused product knowledge, relationship management skills and sales management skills.

Joyce brings to her work a deep understanding of human performance technology, and consults with clients on how they can best achieve business results through creating superior performers in sales and client management roles.

Joyce is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University.
