A Day's Reward for a newly Certified TetraMap Facilitator in Mexico

I LOVE TETRAMAP, IT IS SO POWERFUL, SIMPLE, ELEGANT.....NATURAL.

Ps... Yesterday I had a “ very serious” participant, that kind that you try everything to sheer him up and get him on the flow..... So I though “I lost this battle”....... when we where in a circle at the end of a 8 hours session... sharing learnings and commitments, he just exclaimed.... “I have learned that I have to become a totally different person”...... that really hit me because I finally understood that he was in this very profound reflection about himself the whole session,,,,, I approached him before he left, and told him “you do not have to become a totally different person, you just have to become what you already are” and the smile I got back was my day´s reward.

Natural Shopping Bags

From Jan Alley, Kiwi Certified Facilitator Extraordinare:

Thought I'd share an interesting observation from a recent TetraMap workshop with a group of account executives.  When the Air group presented back, they had discovered they all fold plastic bags after supermarket shopping in exactly the same way.  They lay them out flat, then fold in 3 lengthwise, then start from the bottom and fold over in small triangles.  This creates a small triangular shape item that is easy to store - and they explained that is also how they like their information - precise, accurate and with thought and effort behind it.  One had already trained her husband to do the same, and another said her partner laid the plastic bags out flat for her to fold.

One of the most interesting observations was that all 4 Airs thought it  was "normal and natural" to do this and the rest of the room couldn't believe anyone actually did that.  I think the whole company has now heard the story.

And for some more Air information - how many possible permeations are there for selecting the numbers to identify elements?  I have made a note that Jon once said there could be up to 63 million, but even my Fire thinks that may be too high.  Thought it may be a useful (or useless) fact to add into a workshop as some of them have now done the TetraMap several times.

Yoshi's comment: Your analysis is great, but it's a million times too small. Jon is telling me this. Apparently there are:
factorial 4 to the power of 10 different ways the instrument can be answered!

ie 63,000,000,000,000 - that is nearly 1000 times the number of people on Earth.
