TetraMap – behaviour and beyond
TetraMap is quickly understood when presented as a behavioural model. The model uses nature as a metaphor, mapping people’s ‘nature’ on a tetrahedron using the elements of earth, air, fire and water as descriptors. The instrument is easy to administer, enjoyable to complete and takes only minutes for learners to apply.
Beyond behaviour, TetraMap goes further, deeper, faster. It has many applications to sustain learning and long-term value, using the concept as a new way of thinking and addressing organisational development issues. Lessons from nature, the tetrahedron's structual soundness, and valuing diversity remain key messages threaded throughout all applications. Click on workbook titles for content information.
