open windows to
new ways of thinking and being.
TetraMap Master Facilitators are highly skilled and experienced trainers, presenters, coaches and educators. Each has a proven track record as an organisational development professional. Each also discovered TetraMap along their journey, and found the model to be of value both personally and professionally. Completing the requirements to certify others, these Master TetraMap Facilitators share a wealth of knowledge and are inspirational models. Click their name on the side bar to see their professional qualifications. Read on to see what makes them tick...and happy!
New Zealand
Louise Duncan was initially responsible for introducing TetraMap to the UK, a direct result of happily moving back to London from Auckland. Louise stayed just long enough to establish TetraMap UK with Anne Clews before returning to New Zealand. She now wears TetraHats on both sides of the planet and excels in demonstrating TetraMap's value in people and organisational development. Luckily, Louise loves to travel, amongst her many favourites are Machu Picchu (Peru), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Venice (Italy) and Fiji.

Jan Alley is a specialist in customer service, communication skills and people management. Her very successful training and human resource consultancy and varied Board positions keep Jan busy, active and adding value in all her endeavours. Certified in 2003, Jan has taken TetraMap to new corporate and public sector heights throughout New Zealand.
Kataraina Pipi 'in her Element' in a Certification course opening. As a Maori educator, her post-graduate Diploma in Social Sector Evaluation Research ensures holistic approaches to her facilitation and consultation.
Kataraina's songs on her E Hine and Toiora CDs create lovely, peaceful learning contexts.
Favourite hobbies: Maori art, reading, gardening.
Yoshimi Brett is TetraMum and Co-Director of TetraMap International. Having birthed and nurtured TetraMap, like most parents she and Jon are happy to send their child out to the world to make a difference. Here she is doing what she loves: learning more about Bucky and wearing her 'Got Wine?' hat.
Yoshimi always facilitates and travels with TetraDad, Jon.

Nikki Hommes, originally from South Africa, brings an exciting and passionate perspective to TetraMap and its role in developing people and organisations. Her experiences in hospitality, insurance, reinsurance, financial services and retail training provide fertile ground for harvesting a wide variety of TetraMap applications. Listen fast - Nikki says a lot in a short period of time, but will slow down upon request.
UK
Anne Clews doing what she does best - in addition to cooking and raising her two boys: husband Barrie and 13-year old Frazer. Anne is Co-Director of TetraMap UK and reflects TetraMap principles in all she says and does. High in Air, she keeps the rest of the Master Facilitators focussed and on track.

Martin Coburn has enormous experience in working with large audiences and has developed a TetraMap conference offering that is practical, fun and highly engaging (the wine, pictured lower right, helps).
He has been consulting on performance improvement and behavioural change for over 19 years. His style combines the use of humour, pragmatism and creativity to help leaders and their teams make more of their natural talents and capabilities.
Mexico
Alex Villarreal climbed Mt. Everest in 2002. Here he is atop of Mt. Elbrus (5,642 metres: 18,510 ft) in 2009 holding the TetraMap flag. In between he became a Master TetraMap Facilitator. TetraMap is Alex's new Everest - he's approaching its development with the same leadership, commitment and Fire/Earth energy!
Australia
Susan Davie originates from the USA and has happily resided in Oz for over 12 years. She is fiercely compassionate about how she works with clients to strengthen people from within. Her blending of TetraMap and "Fierce Conversations" (Susan Scott) principles creates useful approaches for communication to happen positively and holistically.
