Yoshimi and Jon Brett, NZ
Yoshimi & Jon catalyse great minds to share lessons about creating responsible, caring and sustainable organisations
Founding Directors, TetraMap International
Fire/Water/Air
The Kiwi-creators of TetraMap, Yoshimi and Jon are like proud parents as their model celebrates10 years of development and success. The analogy of kiwi ingenuity and No. 8 wire relates in some respects to how they've used Aotearoa's natural beauty to create a thinking tool to help reduce conflict.
That was their original intention: to reduce conflict in the workplace. After years of corporate and public sector facilitation, fulfilment of this intention continues to be their driving force.
They believe TetraMap offers a framework and a way of thinking that reflects nature's lessons about diversity, inter-dependence, synergy and sustainability. Applying these lessons in organisational development ensures that bottom-line focus melds with attention to systems, people and the planet!
By staying consistent and true to their values and nature's principles, Yoshimi and Jon have fostered a global community of facilitators and educators dedicated to the sustainability of people and the planet. This allows them time now to develop TetraMap and work with others who find that the model resonates with their aspirations.

Kataraina Pipi welcomes our visitors in the style and tradition of Aotearoa at the Auckland University Marae.
