Last week’s team day for the Business Sales Group was an astounding success. 100% 5’s out of 5 on the evaluation and a great resurgence of energy and alignment in the team. I’m running a two day sales comm’s workshop this week with the same team, and will continue to link TetraMap concepts throughout the two days.
I'm a "seasoned" MBTI and DISC facilitator, and I love the simplicity and elegance of TetraMap. I wanted to see the Team kit before I proposed this tool to a client. The flow is very similar to my approach to other tools, so now I am confident I can easily morph what I do into a variation working with TetraMap.
