Learn more about TetraMap’s® digital offering and explore the technology options and how to use them so you can deliver online/remote TetraMap® workshops with more impact and confidence.

Would you like to increase your confidence as an online TetraMap® facilitator? For facilitators around the world, working with our groups online is becoming more and more routine. 

This two hour workshop is for Certified TetraMap® Facilitators who want to explore how to run their workshops virtually.

We’ll look at some of the technology options that are available and how facilitators are using them, and we’ll also share the latest from TetraMap’s® own digital offering.

After this workshop you’ll be able to decide which tools you would like to integrate into your online facilitation practice when working with TetraMap®.

 

Be confident in …using TetraMap® for organisational development

Discover how to use TetraMap® as a framework for organisational development activities by looking at real life examples and exploring how you can apply TetraMap® within your own or your clients’ organisational development projects.

As facilitators, we know that TetraMap® is a fantastic tool for helping individuals to understand themselves and each other, and for improving communication, collaboration and teamwork.

What many facilitators are less confident is about how to use TetraMap® as a simple but effective framework for reviewing, exploring, developing and evaluating organisational activities. 

In this session, you’ll discover how TetraMap® can help organisations improve the way they work by applying it to their organisational values, strategic and business planning, internal communications, project management, and other activities.  

As well as looking at some real life examples, you’ll get a chance to explore how you can apply TetraMap® within your own or your clients’ organisational development projects.

 

Be confident in…introducing TetraMap® to your colleagues or clients

Find out how other facilitators convince their clients/colleagues to use TetraMap®, share your own experiences, and explore what works and what doesn’t so you can confidently persuade others of the value of TetraMap®. 

As TetraMap® Certified Facilitators we understand and appreciate the benefits that TetraMap® brings to individuals, teams and organisations but many facilitators are less confident about how to introduce TetraMap® to clients and/or colleagues.

In this session, you’ll discover what other Certified and Master Facilitators do to convince their clients/colleagues to use TetraMap®, as well as sharing your own experiences. We’ll explore what works and what doesn’t so that you can improve or develop your pitch and confidently persuade others of the value of TetraMap® as a tool.

Whether you’re using TetraMap® to help resolve business problems, personal relationships or team collaboration, you’ll leave this interactive session feeling ready and able to continue your TetraMap® journey.
