TetraMap® Facilitator Certification

As a HR professional or L&D facilitator you’ll know budgets are tight, time is precious, and people want to keep things simple. Our solution is TetraMap®, a brain and budget-friendly learning tool that will empower you to deliver mindset-shifting workshops that deliver lasting behaviour change.

During this unprecedented era of Coronavirus, we’ve all had the opportunity to reflect on how we live our lives, how we do our work, and how our actions impact on humankind and on planet Earth.  As we all become more aware of our interconnectedness and interdependence and review our priorities, we are considering what changes we need to make in order to create a better future for ourselves, our families, our workplaces, our communities and our planet.

TetraMap provides the perfect tool to help individuals, teams and organisations to understand themselves and each other, and to help them create the shift in mindset, understanding and behaviour which will not only improve relationships, productivity, performance and culture, but will also help them to work more sustainably and ethically.

This course will be delivered remotely as custom blended workshop, which includes:

  • 4 x 2.5 hour plenary workshops via video webinar
  • 3 x 1 hour reflection webinar Mastery classes
  • Self learning via the TetraMap platform.

At the end of this course, you will be an accredited TetraMap® facilitator and will have the tools and techniques to deliver the why are you like that? workshop in your own organisation or to clients, both digitally and face-to-face. It’s a workshop that has been delivered thousands of times by global organisations across different sectors because it’s simple, memorable and really delivers results.

TetraMap is inspired by and modelled on the diversity and inter-dependence of nature, and aims to make a difference to individuals, communities and the world.

Course dates – 1st, 4th & 5th  July 2022. This virtual course will be facilitated by Emma Mauger.
