TetraMap is playing a unique role in helping consultants of the future towards deeper empathy and deeper client collaboration according to Mark Doughty, who has extensively used TetraMap in his work with global professional services company KPMG (and also previously at Deutschebank).
Mark has worked in learning for over 30 years and is experienced in psychological testing and profiling tools. This gives him a deep knowledge and broad oversight of the range of profiles and tools in the market. He explains why he keeps coming back to TetraMap, describing its simplicity and stickiness as a hot knife through butter.
Mark has generously provided a full length interview where he highlights many facets of his experience, and provides several lightbulb moments he has seen at first hand.
With Mark’s permission we have highlighted a couple of remarkable short stories which quickly bring into view examples of real life day to day applications and usefulness. This particular clip shares how TetraMap helped one switched on consultant to save a deal, to enhance a relationship, and by playing as a team, resulted in significant increase in business.
A perfect example of synergy where “the whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts.”
Whilst the story sounds simple, it’s a systems thinking approach that ultimately leads to greater success.
From April 2024, Mark moved to a new role as Director, People at Kroll (risk and financial advisory) . We thank him for being such a powerful advocate and generously sharing his perspective for the benefit of others.
