I have been working in the HR industry since 2000. During this time I have worked in the Not for Profit, Health and Local Government sectors in Ireland, England, Australia and New Zealand.
During my career I have unfortunately been witness to a great deal of interpersonal conflict and have been front and centre trying to help my colleagues resolve their differences to work effectively together.
In recent years my area of professional and personal interest has shifted into organisational development, coaching and facilitation, with a view to helping individuals and organisations be the best they can be.
It was love at first sight for me when I was first exposed to TetraMap. I loved the underpinning values of the tool, its simplicity, it’s connection with nature, the ease of use in a busy work environment.
Since becoming an accredited facilitator, I have been privileged to share the tool with my colleagues at Waikato Regional Council. They seem to love it just as much as I do. I look forward to a long relationship with TetraMap and sharing the wisdom of the model and tool with others in my workplace and community.
