Ariel is the planner and strategist of Convergent Experience. Having completed the Strategic Business Economics Program from University of Asia & the Pacific, he brings in the entrepreneurial spirit in the company. A business challenger and a positive change agent, he engages people with a sincere intention to serve and help companies become learning organizations.
 
He brings over twenty-five (25) years of solid experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development from diverse industries and organizations, including Manufacturing, Education & Publishing, Training & Development & Real Estate Development. He has served in the Sales & Marketing field for companies like Mitsui & Nissho Iwai, Prentice Hall & Pearson Education, and Property Company of Friends until it became part of the GT Capital Holdings Group (Metrobank & AXA Life).
 
Being a whole-brain thinker, Ariel maximizes meaningful relations with clients through creative insights and on-point analysis and inputs. His logical thinking is derived from being a Civil Engineer early on but he has enhanced and complemented this with creativity and innovation in the field of Training & Development when he co-founded Convergent Consulting in 2002.

Ariel has been at the forefront of online learning, and was exposed regionally because of his work with Pearson Education, handling the Computer Science, Engineering, and Management Publishing Business, supported with Online Educational Tools like WebCT and Blackboard Learning System. Ariel integrated all his experience when he served under a Real Estate Developer, having studied Business Management and Urban Planning at the University of the Philippines and made significant contributions in the strategic planning process of the company’s growth plans. He currently holds the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer position in Convergent Experience, where he continues to be the driving force in the company’s pursuit of significance.
