As National Training & Development Manager for PlaceMakers I am responsible for all employee development. I love getting up in front of a room of people and enjoy the interaction that training brings. It is especially rewarding when learners get that “aha” moment and the session makes sense to them. I am also responsible for identifying future business owners and developing them to reach their goals.
