3. My Biography

I have extensive experience within the Learning Resource environment of large corporations. This enabled me to support key frameworks such as Team Effectiveness, High Impact Leadership and Graduate Development Programmes. Here, my knowledge of soft skills development, and passion for this side of learning, were honed. Specialising in TetraMap and other interactive resources, I ran over 100 sessions with a variety of in-house teams and was always amazed at the difference these tools made.

I now run Chilli Training Ltd. with Steve Milbourne and we are both Certified TetraMap Facilitators. I also have a BSc. (Hons) in Psychology & Management, Certificate in Training Practice and am a Practitioner from the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
