I am a learning and development facilitator, trainer and management coach. I work closely with my clients to deliver clear and measurable improvements in personal and team performance. I use a non-directive, clean approach for coaching assignments, a consultative and engaging approach when facilitating, and stories, examples, anecdotes and case studies when bringing training sessions to life.
