Christina Pritchard

Christina is a founding director of Meta-Lucid Ltd,
a firm of people performance practitioners specialising
in ‘transformational’ based interventions around talent
management strategies that enable people to “think
and execute” beyond their limits to achieve improved
business outcomes.

Christina combines her passion, knowledge and experience across talent and leadership research with a true practitioner approach to support organisations create and execute people strategies. Often this involves working with and coaching senior management teams, facilitating board-level strategic alignment workshops to multilingual audiences.

Applying the simple yet effective TetraMap methodology to resolve the complexities of organisational challenges has proved significant behavioural shifts that enable teams to execute and achieve extraordinary results.

During the last 18 months, Christina provided leadership as a partner at rogenSi and was responsible for people development inside the firm as well as a number of key client engagements.

Prior to Meta-Lucid, Christina held the position of Managing Director of Forum Europe and Global Head of Client Engagements for the Forum Corporation where she managed consecutive years of significant profitable growth during her tenure, from a loss making position. Her experience spans a variety of sectors and geographies and includes professional services organisations, financial services, utilities, retail and the pharmaceutical industry.

Christina’s first career was in finance and banking where she held a number of senior line roles as well as becoming an integral force in one of the bank’s key operations. As Head of Resource Management she was responsible for the management of multi-million learning and development contracts and resources supporting 70,000 staff globally.
