I’m the Learning Curator at the Eden Project in Cornwall, UK. I teach, consult, design programmes, and facilitate for a range of clients usually within the Higher Education and Business communities. My specialities are leadership for sustainability, personal and organisational change, and cultural story telling.
My work is usually process led, often outdoors, and focused on exploring our relationships with each other and the natural world.
TetraMap is a simple, elegant tool, that very quickly allows people to understand their behavioural preferences and how these can impact and influence others.
As most of my work is outdoors in nature or in semi-wild environments TetraMap very readily slots into this way of working with its strong emphasis on nature as a metaphor.
