TetraMap is a simply elegant instrument that enriches my learning sessions. It’s bright, visible, and tactile presence adds an extra dimension to an accelerated learning session and always initiates conversation even in the quietest groups.
I love the instrument as it clearly demonstrates to a team the strength of inter-dependency rather than working for personal gain alone. Within the learning session it becomes visibly clear that everyone is different and how valuing diversity is key to team success.
Any participant using TetraMap will leave a session with a new appreciation of their communication style and the impact improved communication will have on relationships, outcomes, and therefore personal success – communication is the key in all the area of development I work in.
