Hardeep has over 20 years experience in delivering frontline customer services both for the private and public sector. She is an enthusiastic CIPD qualified training consultant and is passionate about learning and development.

An experienced Performance Coach Hardeep has worked with individuals on a management development programme helping her customers reach their goals by designing, developing and facilitating learning interventions to meet their needs. She strives to deliver learning solutions in a challenging, fun and fully participative way.

As a certified TetraMap facilitator she is committed to ‘making a difference’ and feels that everyone should have a chance to develop their full potential. Hardeep has the ability to motivate and inspire others.
