TetraMap Facilitation

I am excited about TetraMap because it addresses primarily the “Why Are You LIke That” issue. A certified trainer & coach of Blair Singer Training Academy, I help my clients create a set of rules for their teams using the licensed methodology from Blair Singer, the Rich Dad Advisor for Robert Kiyosaki in sales & team development, called Team Code of Honour.

Notwithstanding the above, TetraMap is a very nice complementary tool with Team Code of Honor because its aim is to “reduce conflicts and recognize the diversity of the people in the team”. In other words, before we create a set of rules for a team to comply with, it is more mission-critical for the team to be able to recognize their diversity and at the same time, the ability and willingness to work inter-dependently so that the organisation’s mission and values can be respected and followed by the team.

Using this combined approach from TetraMap and Team Code of Honor, I am confident that any team created in any organization will be a champion team. This is my goal and my objective in the area of team building and leadership and I look forward to working with organizations and help them achieve their goals by building the A-team for them.
