My professional background is quite diverse having started my career in 1989 in the field of aerospace manufacturing, then onto electronics, project management, materials management, and today in the Oil & Gas industry. A mechanical engineer and MBA by training, I am fluent in Spanish, French and English and quite comfortable working with cross-functional teams. I absolutely love working with people from all corners of the world.

TetraMap facilitation

I’ve been facilitating Tetramap for a few years now and it’s been quite rewarding to see the results and reactions from participants. Very engaging. Combined with my experience in facilitating performance improvement (Lean Six Sigma) these are wonderful methods to help teams become high-performing.
