Jon is involved in the design and content of most TetraMap publications and workshops. His background is in video production, writing software manuals, teaching English as a second language, and designing activities for corporate training. These all contribute to his expertise in creating powerful learning environments where both the context and content are sensitively learner-focused.
Jon has a BSc (Auckland) in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and a Secondary Teachers Training College Diploma (Christchurch), majoring in Inter-Disciplinary Studies.
A ‘Subliminal Facilitator’, Jon plays music CDs in the background to help manage the emotional state of workshop sessions. This demonstrates the power of the TetraMap principles: value diversity, work inter-dependently, and create synergy for sustainable learning!
