Kathy Smith

Overview

After a successful career managing resources and programs in the federal government, Kathy Smith opened her own consulting company, Keys 2 Action Consulting, to help organizations articulate their strategic vision and create workable implementation plans.

While doing this work, Kathy realized that what she missed most was helping people have meaningful and successful lives through their professional development so she designed a leadership program that includes TetraMap as a tool for increasing awareness and providing a common language to teams. To strengthen this offering, Kathy applied to the Leadership Coaching Certification Program at Georgetown University where after an intensive 9-month program she was able to add coaching to her consulting practice.

She now holds a Professional Coaching Certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
