Overview

Leona is a passionate TetraMap advocate and certified facilitator since 2017, dedicated to sharing the transformative power of TetraMap across Ireland and beyond. With over 20 years of progressive HR, L&D and leadership development experience spanning regulatory, retail, and commercial sectors, Leona brings strategic insight and practical application to every TetraMap engagement.

Currently serving as Learning & Development Manager at Ireland’s Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA), Leona has successfully embedded TetraMap as a fundamental cultural enabler and cornerstone of the organisation’s L&D Strategy. This strategic implementation has delivered consistently exceptional results, achieving 95%+ Net Promoter Scores and earning recognition from participants as a “particularly helpful tool” for enhancing workplace effectiveness and environment.

Leona’s expertise spans leadership development, leadership transitions, strategic alignment, and enhancing communication and collaboration across diverse teams. As a qualified Executive and Leadership Coach with a Professional Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching, and founder of The Coaching Network, Leona uniquely integrates TetraMap within individual and group coaching sessions, adding significant value where relevant to clients’ challenges.

What distinguishes Leona’s approach is the seamless integration of TetraMap with emotional intelligence development—a cornerstone of effective leadership. Leona views TetraMap not simply as a facilitation tool, but as a practical enabler of self-awareness, mutual understanding, and authentic connection that strengthens the value of diversity in all its forms.

Originally certified while working as L&D Consultant with Lidl GmbH London, Leona returned to Ireland in 2020 with a mission to champion TetraMap’s potential. Holding an Masters from UCD Smurfit School, CIPD qualification, and Professional Diploma in Change Management, Leona brings academic rigor and real-world application to every facilitation.
