Margot combines her extensive business experience with her facilitation training and experience to provide insight and practical tools for increased confidence and competence on a daily basis both professionally and personally.
Trained in Washington DC USA over 20 years ago, Margot has since combined her experience in management roles in finance, training, education, retail, recruitment and service sectors to design and deliver training programmes throughout Australia and New Zealand. Continually developing, she has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, LTCL (Speech and Drama) and extensive professional development courses.
Her experience and people skills have earned her a reputation as a friendly, skilled professional who makes a positive, practical and lasting difference.
