Overview
I am a Facilitator and Learning & Development Specialist with 12 years experience in people development. I am able to build rapport easily and can turn even the most reluctant attendees into fully engaged and active participants.
My style is fresh, informal, and fun. I have the ability to facilitate expertly across all management levels from manufacturing, FMCG, and industrial through to corporate environments.
My previous roles have been in the management, recruitment, and teaching fields in NZ and the UK. I currently work in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, professional services firms, utilities, sports, and central government organisations including Fonterra, Fletcher Building, and NZ Police.
TetraMap Facilitation
TetraMap is an excellent way to better understand ourselves and others. The point of difference it has is the way all four Elements are connected and how we are a combination of all.
It doesn’t box you into one style but allows you to acknowledge the differences between the Elements and how you can apply these to our interactions, our work, and life in general.
