My mission is to help people build stronger relationships by first understanding themselves, then understanding others.
Throughout my journey in education and personal development, I have learned that many conflicts do not begin with bad intentions. They begin with assumptions, misunderstandings, and the stories we tell ourselves. TetraMap has given me a simple yet powerful language to help people pause, reflect, and choose a different way of relating.
As one of the pioneers introducing TetraMap to Vietnam, I have been privileged to work alongside educators, leaders, organisations, parents, and communities to create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and deeply human. Together with the Vietnam team, I have supported the translation and localisation of TetraMap learning resources and facilitated the growth of a Vietnamese facilitator community.
My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with self-awareness. When people understand the unique value of Earth, Air, Water and Fire within themselves and others, they communicate with greater clarity, appreciate differences, reduce unnecessary conflict, and build relationships based on trust and respect.
For me, TetraMap is more than a behavioural framework. It is a shared language that helps people create healthier workplaces, stronger families, and more compassionate communities.
I believe every person already has the inner resources they need to grow.
Rather than giving people answers, I create spaces where they can discover new perspectives, learn from one another, and find practical ways to apply TetraMap in their everyday lives.
My hope is that every participant leaves with greater clarity about themselves, deeper appreciation for others, and the confidence to build stronger relationships wherever they live and work.
