Norbert Grillitsch

Jahrgang 1970, lebt seit 1996 in Rom, Italien. Nach seinem Studium der Musik, Kunstgeschichte und Archäologie war er langjährig tätig als wissenschaftlicher Fachredakteur und Webcontentmanager am Max-Planck-Institut für Kunstgeschichte in Rom, dort auch zuständig für den Bereich interne Kommunikation. Mit seiner langjährigen Auslandserfahrung, den vielfältigen Sprachkenntnissen und Zusatzausbildungen in den Bereichen NLP, Stimme und Coaching unterstützt er das Team von EQ Dynamics in allen Themen international. Seine zukünftigen Handlungsschwerpunkte sind Kommunikation und Teamentwicklung, speziell aus interkultureller Perspektive.Für das von EQ Dynamics International vertretene Konzept Angewandter Emotionaler Intelligenz bietet die TetraMap ein ebenso einfaches wie anschauliches Modell für den Umgang mit Andersartigkeit.
