I am an active team specialist and facilitator that works to a team development framework. I use a wide variety of team development techniques to help people become more self-aware, how to collaborate better, and how to plan and execute their plans.

TetraMap is a simple, enjoyable, non-threatening and easy to remember tool and that helps all team members understand each other better and learn to work more effectively as a team.

I also use TetraMap as a coaching tool to help individuals understand more about themselves in relation to other people.
