Overview:

When I facilitate TetraMap®, my focus is on helping teams see their differences as strengths, not barriers. I hope to create “aha” moments where people understand why they clash with some colleagues and naturally click with others. By the conclusion of the course, participants should see themselves as teammates with an appreciation of varying perspectives and practical strategies to leverage each person’s unique contributions.

My Goal:

Rapidly transform team dynamics and boost collaboration, creating positive shifts to how people work together.

My Approach:

I start by setting clear expectation and establishing a judgement-free zone before guiding participants through self-discovery of element preference. Intentionally avoiding lectures, I use a mix of individual reflection, paired discussions, and group activities to lead participants toward insights about themselves and others. It is particularly effective to incorporate real workplace scenarios and encourage participants to share personal examples, making the learning experience relevant and applicable. Throughout the facilitation, I remain responsive and flexible to the group’s needs, adjusting the pace and focus to create maximum value from the experience.

My success:

Drawing from a diverse background in leadership with higher education, law enforcement, military, government, and the private-sector, I have honed my abilities to drive effective organizational change, build high-performing teams, and develop leaders across multiple disciplines. My expertise is in breaking down complex challenges into actionable strategies while building trust and alignment across stakeholder groups.
