Sara Ashworth Babin is a unique facilitator and coach inspired by the desire to help others to reach and exceed their personal and professional goals. Coaching is a passion developed over 20 years of observing and analysing corporate environments and individuals aspiring for better results, communication, and life balance.
Having lived and worked in the USA, France, UK, Switzerland, Belgium, and Germany, Sara integrates her intercultural expertise into her trainings where needed. Her diverse professional background, including finance, project management, and editing, provides a strong base for understanding the unique needs of many industries.
She has highly developed communications skills and intuition to get to the true nature of a situation.
Leading custom-made seminars for individuals, small to medium size companies, as well as multinationals such as Sanofi-Aventis, Electricité de France (EDF), Eurocopter, Cassidian, EADS, Microsoft, and BNP Paribas has enabled her to build a strong set of tools and methods to meet extensive needs in communication, engagement, and team synergy. Sara enjoys working with all levels of management including board level.
Sara studied International Relations at the University of Colorado, Boulder, USA as well as Political Science and French at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Bordeaux, France. While living in Colorado in the 1980s, she trained to be an intercultural coach with the pioneer in the industry, Morgan, Stahl and Boyer. She is proud to hold dual citizenship as well as being bilingual English/French.
Currently based in Bordeaux, France, Sara divides her time between working with local companies, guest speaking at graduate schools, and international travel to work with corporations and individuals through France, Europe and beyond.
