TetraMapping is a wonderful tool for taking a big picture approach to the behaviours in the workplace, then using that overview to delve deeper into interpersonal relationships between individuals and team dynamics. It’s an interesting, engaging and well supported tool. It’s fun to participate as well as fun to facilitate, and therefore works well as a team-building platform as well as an analysis tool.
