I am working as a Change Champion and Contact Centre Team Leader for Home Retail Group. I am currently helping to deliver TetraMap to approximately 2000 customer service advisor across our Group (which inludes Argos, Homebase, Habitat and Home Retail Group Financial Services).
TetraMap is so easy to use and also to remember, helping us to really embed all of the learning we have through TetraMap in our Contact Centres. The response we have had from delegates has been quite simply amazing, so many “light-bulb” moments!
Once you understand TetraMap and the key learns within it, it is so easy to apply and allows better interactions with everyone (not just colleagues, but family and friends too). Once you understand that we have different preferences it allows you to get great results from interactions and can significant’y help to reduce conflict. It simply works!
