Simon Tarry


Simon joined Meta-Lucid in 2009 as a senior consultant and his primary role involves client and project management, programme design, coaching and delivery.

Simon’s passion and specialism is in driving high performance through effective business communication skills and mindset change. Simon has used TetraMap as a tool to explore, develop and understand communication and team dynamics to enhance both personal and corporate performance.

Prior to Meta-Lucid, Simon was Senior Consultant at rogenSi, a global performance development consultancy. He was awarded Consultant of the Year for 2 consecutive years (having managed the largest global account) and in 2008, won the inaugural Sam Elder Award – a global recognition for outstanding services to clients and the business.

At rogenSi Simon designed, delivered and coached in the area of performance development, with a specialist focus in graduate development and internship programmes, and continuous professional education curriculums. Simon’s duties also involved project management and conference content design and delivery.

Before joining rogenSi, Simon worked as a creative industries small business consultant for the Department of Trade and Industry. Simon advised SMEs on business development issues and specialised in marketing, branding, business planning and funding. He was also responsible for running seminars, presentations and workshops to aid SME business development and growth.

Having completed a degree in Human Geography at the University of London, Simon joined Barclays Funds Ltd (a unit trust fund management subsidiary of the Barclays Group) on a graduate programme. Simon was a client relationship team specialist and dealt with compliance and sales, and also helped assist the management team in the planning and implementation of the strategic alliance with the Woolwich.

Simon has worked around the globe with many blue-chip clients including Microsoft, Barclays Group, JPMorgan, National Australia Bank, Bausch & Lomb, AstraZeneca, Computer Sciences Corporation, Diageo, Swinton Insurance Group, Marsh & McLennan.
