Stephen Whitton

Creative facilitation, coupled with an engaging and innovative training style, Stephen uses his extensive experience of business and people development to bring about change and improvement for clients.

Previously in Senior Training Management roles for companies in the UK such as Vauxhall and Volkswagen, Stephen has worked independently and as the founder of SSW, creating a unique blend of management, consulting and training experience to use in understanding client needs and tailoring programmes to suit.

In line with his international work, Stephen is based jointly between the UK (Milton Keynes) and Turkey.
