My mission is to pass on values that help people understand themselves, understand
others, and grow together through experiential education.
For more than 27 years, I have dedicated my career to education, from educational leadership
to designing and developing experiential programmes that cultivate values and life skills.
Throughout this journey, I have been guided by one important question:
How can education go beyond transferring knowledge to help people live happier lives
and build stronger relationships?
I found my answer through TetraMap. To me, TetraMap is far more than a framework for
understanding behaviour. It is a shared language that enables people to understand
themselves, appreciate differences, and collaborate more effectively for mutual growth.
As an Accredited TetraMap Facilitator (ATF) in Vietnam, I work alongside educators,
schools, businesses, parents and communities to integrate TetraMap into learning and
development programmes. I am particularly passionate about introducing TetraMap to
students, teachers and working professionals from an early stage because I believe that when
these values are nurtured through education, they naturally extend into families, workplaces
and society.
My vision is not simply to deliver more workshops, but to help build a learning ecosystem
where TetraMap becomes part of everyday life. I hope more people will have the opportunity
to experience these values through meaningful educational programmes that embody the spirit
of contribution, service and education for the common good.
I believe that every person already possesses the potential to grow.
Rather than simply delivering knowledge, I create learning experiences that encourage people
to discover, reflect and transform their insights into meaningful action.
My goal is for people not only to understand TetraMap, but also to live its principles every
day-understanding themselves, understanding others, showing greater compassion, and
working together for mutual growth.
I hope these seeds of learning will be planted in schools and continue to grow within families,
workplaces and communities, contributing to a more compassionate, sustainable and
flourishing society.
