Vu Dang Khoa (John) is an Executive Leadership Trainer, Business Consultant, and Certified TetraMap® Facilitator with over 20 years of leadership and management experience across the telecommunications, electronics, medical devices, and pharmaceutical industries in Vietnam.
Drawing on extensive hands-on experience in business operations and organizational leadership, John believes that sustainable success is not built by exceptional individuals alone, but by teams united through trust, mutual understanding, and meaningful collaboration. This belief has shaped his mission of helping organizations unlock their full potential by developing people first.
Today, John is recognized as one of Vietnam’s pioneering practitioners in applying and promoting TetraMap®—an internationally recognized framework that enables individuals to understand themselves and others while strengthening leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational culture. Its practical approach makes it highly applicable across businesses, educational settings, families, and communities.
Inspired by the transformative impact of TetraMap® on both his professional and personal life, John has dedicated himself to expanding its reach throughout Vietnam.
Together with his colleagues, he co-created the “21 Days of Transformation with TetraMap®” program, a community initiative that has inspired thousands of participants to embark on journeys of self-discovery while generating hundreds of authentic transformation stories shared across social media.
John is also passionate about empowering the next generation through TetraMap® for Teens, a specialized program designed to help teenagers strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and communication while fostering healthier relationships with their parents and families.
