Yap Pik Hwee Raymond
Raymond Yap is an established Master TetraMap Facilitator certified by the founders, Yoshimi and Jon Brett. He is also an active and experienced trainer, executive coach, and management consultant. He has facilitated many workshops and meetings for senior management and operations staff using TetraMap and Large Group Intervention processes (such as Open Space Technology, The World Cafe and Future Search). His clients include Singapore Armed Forces, Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS), Defence Science Technology Agency, Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC), Banyan Tree, Government Investment Corporation (GIC) Pte Ltd and ST Electronics. Many of his clients have enjoyed and benefited from the TetraMap experience.
Raymond is also a certified executive coach with Stolmack (Australia) and he had completed his Post-Graduate Certificate in Coaching with the University of Lancaster. In addition, he is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. Raymond has been an Executive Coach for the Singapore Armed Force senior officers since 2007.
He currently holds the VP appointment for the Learning & Performance Network (LPN) Singapore.

I see TetraMap as a powerful tool for personal and team development. It can also be used as a metaphor for team building, customer service enhancement, as a strategic planing tool as well as a leadership development tool. I use TetraMap in many of my training workshops and the participants enjoy it.
