Kia ora koutou and hello everyone,
In our February newsletter, we shared a view of TetraMap’s future. A structure that reflects something we have always known to be true: this work is shaped by community.
TetraMap continues to evolve, and we would like to share a further update on where things are now.
Emma Mauger, Global Head of Learning, has chosen to focus more on developing her consultancy practice from her home in Guernsey.
We’re pleased that Emma will continue to work with us as a Lead Learning Consultant, supporting flagship programmes and remaining an active part of the TetraMap community.
“It has been a privilege to revise and lead our flagship programmes and to develop the TetraMap of Leadership learning experience. What I value most is the quality of exchange and collaboration across this community. I look forward to continuing that work in a new way.”
Emma can still be contacted at emma@belucid.gg.
Louise Duncan concluded her role as Director of TetraMap International at the end of March 2026 and continues as Global Brand Ambassador.
“This is not a sudden move. It reflects a longer transition aligned with my beliefs around legacy, transparency and freedom. I’m not leaving the TetraMap family. I’m creating space for what comes next.”
Louise remains closely connected and continues to play an important role in the wider community.
Mark Doughty has joined as Director of TetraMap UK and is acting as Managing Director for the UK and EMEA region, leading commercial performance, growth, and client relationships.
Ruth Robinson is working towards retirement this year, and we will share more in due course.
Brett Baker continues to lead our digital infrastructure from Australia.
Across the wider team, Elaine, Helen, Katie and Sarah continue their work across communication, operations, digital platform and design.
As Group Managing Director, Madelize Bekker holds overall accountability for TetraMap International, while leading growth and client relationships across Asia Pacific and the Americas.
“We continue to work interdependently, grounded in the values that have shaped TetraMap over time. From the foundations laid by Jon and Yoshimi, through to the leadership that has carried it forward, and into the shared responsibility we all hold to continue evolving this work. None of this exists without you — our global community.”
We will be hosting a short online session to create space for questions, reflections and discussion.
This is not a presentation. It is a chance to connect as a community and share perspectives on where we are heading.
Details will follow shortly.
As always, our commitment to clear and responsive communication remains unchanged.
