This month – we meet some of our community contributors and invite you to make your own contribution to our ecosystem, reveal the latest on our pricing structure, and share why investing in yourself the TetraMap way will bring fantastic returns.
Our new community of TetraMap of Leadership facilitators is growing fast and you’ll see the next certification course begins this June. It is the next step – whether you work in leadership development already, are looking to enter this space as a facilitator or coach, or want to elevate your TetraMap facilitation. It’s engaging, surprising, interactive and experiential – and it’s what you asked for.
After two years it was time to review our prices and, unsurprisingly, we have had to make a small price increase, the good news is there’s still time to make a saving at existing prices! Also read more about the improvements we have made for our customers in Europe.
Speaking of improvements, we are refreshing tetramap.com and we are looking for help from you, our users. Could you take two minutes to give us your feedback?
Last month we explained our new structure incorporating a global connected governance and advisory ecosystem which will help shape our long‑term strategic direction. This month you get chance to meet some of those involved!
As part of the way we manage TetraMap in the long term, we review our pricing regularly to make sure we can continue to deliver the quality, support, and resources you rely on.
Last year we held back from increasing prices, but following this year’s review we will be applying a modest price adjustment of approximately 5%, effective 15 April 2026.
The good news is you still have time buy at the current prices – and this includes digital tokens! If you want to get ahead of the price increase just order in your usual way before 15 April.
We also have great news for our European customers, who can now order and pay in Euros. It may sound like a small adjustment but, after taking on board your comments, we know it will make a big difference to ease of ordering for many of you.
Madelize Bekker, Managing Director TetraMap International, said: “We’ve worked hard to keep this increase as low as possible, while still responding to the ongoing changes in production, platform, and operating costs. Our focus remains on keeping TetraMap accessible, sustainable, and valuable for our global community.
“We appreciate any increase has an impact, and we do not take this decision lightly. Thank you for your continued support and for the role you play in growing this work around the world.”
REMINDER – We are offering EARLY BIRD rates for our certification courses – Digital in May and in person in London for June!
You already use TetraMap in your work. You love TetraMap as a brand. You’ve been running Why Are You Like That? workshops and wondering what’s next. Does this mean you are getting ready to shift to facilitating longer and sustainable leadership development programmes? Welcome the TetraMap of Leadership, the opportunity to take what you are already familiar with – and know works – into leadership contexts.
Louise Duncan, TetraMap Brand Ambassador, explains: “Leadership can be complex and many leadership programmes can be over complicated – which may be why so many simply aren’t working for today’s workforces. Combined with constant change and uncertainty, a lot of people are ill equipped, fatigued and stressed.
“If you are thinking of the next step in your development, one thing TetraMap offers is calm consistency. We have taken the existing framework you love, and developed the TetraMap of Leadership – Firm Courage, Clear Wisdom, Calm Compassion and Bright Inspiration. We have kept the same values, the same ethos, the same underlying messages – instantly familiar – now framed in a leadership context. We’ve gone deeper but kept it simple, natural and elegant.”
Emma Mauger, Global Head of Learning, added: “Many of you are already offering leadership development programs using other approaches to TetraMap. While you understand the metaphor of nature, and how the language of Earth, Air, Water and Fire helps people to value difference, you haven’t been able to bring this to leadership spaces. Now, rather than learn a whole new approach, you can deepen your application of TetraMap with the support of a powerful facilitation toolkit focused on developing leadership cultures the way nature intended.”
You already know the value of TetraMap. The TetraMap of Leadership offers you a leadership framework that helps you take that work deeper and further into organisations, engaging for the long term.
Join us on 23 June to take your next step into our growing leadership community.
But don’t just take our word for it, click here to see why one of our first TetraMap of Leadership graduates, Andy Cocker, recommends it to everybody!
We’re starting a refresh of the logged-in experience on Tetramap.com, and we’d really value your input.
Many of you regularly visit the site to access resources, tools and learning materials. Before we begin refreshing anything, we want to understand what’s working well and what could be better.
Would you be willing to share a little feedback?
Could you please help us with this very short survey (no more than two minutes)? Your responses will directly help shape the improvements we prioritise.
Thank you in advance for helping us make the TetraMap website more useful for our community.
Over the past few months, we have outlined the next chapter of TetraMap where we focus on connection – a global governance and advisory ecosystem where people across the community contribute ideas and initiatives.
This month we get to know some of the people who have volunteered to become part of this very special community. We asked them to share a bit about themselves and a favourite nature picture.

* Whānau are part of an interconnected world of tribe and sub-tribe, of the living and the dead. Although whānau members may live far apart or even overseas, their ties remain strong.

Her TetraMap superpower is to adapt her approach to better support teams and conversations. Bringing energy, creativity and momentum with a strong Fire preference, she is also very high in Air and can focus on details, organization, and accuracy – a combination that allows her to balance action with thoughtful analysis and curiosity.
What dream you want to pursue?
“Travel has always inspired and energized me, and it is my dream to help others experience that same sense of discovery. In my retirement I’d love to share my passion for travel with others by working as a tour director for small-group experiences and writing travel guides or articles that help people explore new places in meaningful ways. I’m already certified as a tour director, I will just need make it happen!”
Who has inspired you?
“My mom stands out as someone who has had a profound impact on my life. She has faced adversity throughout much of her life, yet she remains incredibly strong, loving, and resilient. Watching her navigate challenges while still being an amazing mother and person has shaped how I view perseverance, kindness, and strength.”
What is your favourite read this year?
“A re-read of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz has been one of those simple but powerful reminders for me this year. The idea of being impeccable with your word, not taking things personally, not making assumptions, and always doing your best sounds straightforward, but it’s actually a really meaningful way to think about how we show up with other people. It’s a mindset I try to come back to in my work with clients and in my personal life. When I remember those four ideas, it helps me stay grounded, communicate more clearly, and give people the benefit of the doubt, ultimately leading to better relationships and outcomes.”
