Topic: The Real Value of TetraMap

Join us at February’s global community meet up when we’ll come together to talk about the real value of TetraMap.

Let’s face it. Value is subjective because it’s invariably shaped by what specific clients need. In this meet up, we’ll talk about how to build credibility when talking about the value TetraMap brings to organisations.

We’ll hear from guest speaker and CTF, Mark Doughty of the Global Kindness Institute, who will share his story about how he used TetraMap with over 10,000 leaders in global organisations to shift culture, unlock performance, and turn around struggling teams.

Mark’s aim? To harness diversity of thought and behaviour as a strategic advantage. Whether a team is thriving or floundering, his story re-enforces how TetraMap helps people to understand each other more deeply, move beyond blame, and focus on outcomes.

Mark’s experience of working with many various large and small teams across sectors over two decades, has shown him that that performance isn’t always about talent:

“More often, it’s about trust, communication, diversity of thought, and the ability to challenge and be challenged. Exploring the difference between high-performing and low-performing teams, often comes down to how well they navigate tension, surface difference, and work through conflict.”

Mark will share the same message that he shared at our London event in September 2025. From there, we’ll explore our different tips and insights together as a global community and share how we’ll be supporting you to talk about the value of TetraMap in 2026.
