Become a Certified TetraMap of Leadership Facilitator
Are you ready to expand your reach? The TetraMap of Leadership learning journey is the next step for certified TetraMap facilitators. Through the lens of leadership, you’ll learn how to extend your application of TetraMap and gain an engaging leadership toolkit to advance your learning practice.
During the course, you’ll consider experiences, insights, connections and capabilities across the four perspectives of the TetraMap of Leadership. Each perspective is given its own learning module with steps for facilitators to follow, timings to guide your workshop plan and additional resources for you to access.
Our leadership community is growing! Facilitators, coaches and trainers from around the world are already using the TetraMap of Leadership. Once certified, you’ll join our global community of leadership facilitators and experience the friendship and generosity of spirit that TetraMap is known for.

Your Participants Will Gain…
Your participants and clients will realise many learning outcomes from experiencing the TetraMap of Leadership. Your clients may be familiar with TetraMap already or this may be their introduction to TetraMap. With your expertise across the TetraMap range of learning and the learning guides, this experience can meet them at any stage of their familiarity with TetraMap.

- Insight into their TetraMap Elemental preferences in a leadership context.
- Understand their unique connection with the capabilities of Courage, Wisdom, Compassion and Inspiration in the TetraMap of Leadership model and tools and approaches to actively build these.

- Develop practical skills for everyday leadership – at work and beyond.
Who’s it For?
The certification programme is designed for people who have a background in facilitation or coaching and who are already Certified TetraMap Facilitators and hold a Firm, Clear, Calm and Bright understanding of the TetraMap of behaviour.
To successfully certify, you need to be able to commit to attending all of the live webinar sessions.
Programme Outline
The programme content will offer you both an direct experience of the learning materials and the opportunity to work with the material as a facilitator.
You can expect to learn alongside a global group of TetraMap Facilitators who share a passion for developing leadership capabilities.
The programme runs over 4 weeks when you’ll attend 6 live webinars, each of 2.5 hours. In between sessions, up to 60 minutes of home learning will be assigned too. As with all of our learning experiences, we invite you to go as deep as you choose!

What are the learning resources?
A learning pack will be mailed to you before the course which will include the TetraMap of Leadership Leader Guide and a Connect the Dots Learning Journal.
Once you have completed the journey, you will be able to access these online resources through www.tetramap.com
- A leader guide with supportive PowerPoint for you as a facilitator
- Access to four activity packs, filled with additional learning content for you to share with your groups or integrate into your own learning
- The TetraMap of Leadership resource bundle for your participants which will include a WAYLT workbook / instrument, a Connect the Dots Learning Journal for your participants to record their journey, a Tetrahedron and Stickers.
