We are delighted to welcome Mark Doughty to the TetraMap UK Board of Directors
We are pleased to announce that Mark Doughty joined the TetraMap UK Board.
Mark holds an M.Ed. in Adult Learning and an M.A. in Strategy, and is a member of the British Psychological Society and Liveryman of London.
He brings 25 years of leadership and organizational development expertise, with a proven track record of driving commercial impact at scale. He has led transformational initiatives across eight FTSE/Fortune 100 companies, and his approach focuses on commercial impact, always asking: How does this company make a profit? and How easy is it for customers to get what they need?
With 15 years of experience as a TetraMap facilitator, Mark offers valuable insights into team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance. His commercial acumen combined with his extensive TetraMap expertise will support us as we continue to grow and serve our community. Most recently, Mark founded the Global Kindness Institute (GKI), working to redefine leadership development with rigorous, commercially focused programs.
