Your TetraPanel has changed!

Greetings everyone,

From 1 February your TetraPanel has changed. These changes have been made as a direct result of your feedback, and although straightforward, we have given you advance notice – so there are no surprises! 

We are summarising the changes for you here and have created some short videos for you to watch about this new functionality.

Tokens

We have simplified how you purchase tokens.
What you need to do:  From now on, there is one option at the point of purchase for Digital Tokens. Therefore, you no longer need to select the type of workshop group at the point of purchase ( e.g. ‘Webinar’, ‘Team’ or ‘Conference’) but you can select which you type want (webinar, team, conference) when setting up your group.
Note: All current tokens in your TetraPanel will simply become ‘tokens’.  

Groups 

You select the group type at this later stage.
What you need to do: When you set up a new group, this is when you decide which type of group you want ( e.g. ‘Webinar’, ‘Team’ or ‘Conference’) to support the way your training session will be run.  For a refresher on group types see our videos. 

The Instrument

Is now available to you and your participants in English and German: 
What you need to do:  Select the language option for your group when setting it up. 
Note: Further language additions are planned for later in the year

Workbooks

All of the TetraMap® workbook products are now available for your participants as a digital editable PDF. What you need to do: When setting up your group, you select the relevant workbook for your workshop (or choose no workbook) from a simple drop-down menu. 
Note: The workbook file does NOT include the TetraMap instrument but otherwise it has the same learning content as the hard copy versions. 

Now you and your participants can easily access Why Are We Like That? Why Are We Doing This? Why is the Customer Like That? And My Nature, Your Nature in digital form!  

Depending on the instrument language of choice, available workbooks will differ. English has all 5 options, but not all workbooks are available in other languages. 

LEARNING SUPPORT

We’ve updated the suite of help videos on the TetraPanel or you can directly watch our playlist here.  These will help you build confidence and answer most of your questions. 

What you need to do: 
Watch these before setting up your next group. If anything is unclear then get in touch. We’re here to support you!

Finally, there are a number of smaller tweaks and fixes we have made to improve your user experience. We’re sure you will love the new flexibility of the TetraPanel as well as the simplicity of having a single token for all options.

Regional Connect and Catch-Up Series

In March we’ll be launching our new regional connect, coffee and catch-up series for Certified TetraMap Facilitators.  At our first one, our aim is to help you get more confidence in using the TetraMap Digital Suite and give you plenty of time to meet other users and share practices and ideas.
