Business Update – October
2018

By Louise

Hello everyone,

Here at TetraMap International in New Zealand Aotearoa we are very conscious and delighted to see we have a growing family of Certified TetraMap Facilitators all around the globe.

We regularly hear stories of the outstanding work you are doing to make a difference in the way people work, live and communicate together, and we are truly appreciative of this.

We wanted to take a moment to share some context with you about the work we’ve been doing to support the development and growth of TetraMap’s brand and help position us into the future.

What’s been going on?

1) The ‘Help us be great’ Certified Facilitators Survey

This survey was designed to help us understand what we are doing right and what we need to work a bit harder on.  Responses came in from far and wide from large corporates to small consultants.

We learned TetraMap is most used for Team Development, Communication and Conflict, Self Awareness, and developing Leadership Capability.

What you most like about using it:  Easy to use, relatable, simplifies a complex topic or problem, and the results are fast.

We need to work harder on helping you understand the value of the full range of workbooks beyond Why Are You Like That?  raising the value TetraMap offers as an affordable, effective solution to a range of business challenges.  You also asked for some more video content.

What are we doing about it?

We’ve updated our brand value proposition for TetraMap and each of our workbooks.
We’ll have new brand guidelines, updates for both our website and Facilitator Certification Courses.
Next year, we’ll review the look and feel of our products to bring a more unified, fresh brand approach.

As well as continuing our Teach and Learn Webinars which have proved very popular, we’ll bring you some enhanced learning through videos from TetraMap Founders and Master Facilitators.

2) The Digital Suite

Since its launch just over a year ago, sales of our digital tools are steadily growing. We are thrilled.
It’s impressive to see how you’ve embraced what’s been on offer and the creative ways this is helping extend your offerings and reach.

Moving forward, we plan to further enhance the Digital Suite and digitise all the workbooks, plus introduce some different language options.

A new 3D video of the tetrahedron is available on My Tetra for your use.

3) Trademarks

TetraMap® trademarks are being extended to include the dotted logo. This will provide further brand recognition and an added layer of protection as we extend reach into several new countries across the globe.

4) TetraMap UK

If you are based in the UK, you may know Anne Clews has moved to Curium Solutions to become Head of Performance Learning. We thank and honour Anne for the tremendous work, dedication and level of commitment she has given to TetraMap UK. Curium Solutions is now a licensed reseller of TetraMap products.

This move opens the UK / Europe market for other licensed resellers to show interest.

TetraMap UK is now a wholly owned subsidiary of TetraMap International and will continue to supply products and serve customers in the usual way.

5) Intellectual Property Agreements

We will continue our strategy of co-development, and expand the application of TetraMap’s utility through Intellectual Property agreements which may (or may not) be specific to your organisation or consultancy. Please get in touch to discuss further.

6) Master TetraMap Facilitator

Congratulations to Allyson Fay (O2, UK ) who has achieved success in completing the MTF programme in 2018.

Our next programme will start in February 2019. More details and the online application form are here

7) Feedback

We always want to hear from you. If you have a story to share, a question to ask, an inspiration for improvement or simply want to talk something through, please get in touch.

8)  In closing…

A huge thank you for your ongoing support.

We have developed both a brand and a learning community we are proud of and we hope you are too. We are committed to empowering Certified TetraMap Facilitators to continue delivering exceptional and transformational learning experiences.
