Our Digital TetraMap® Certification Course is a fully facilitated virtual learning journey designed to equip you with everything you need to confidently deliver mindset-shifting workshops — remotely or in hybrid settings.

Across a blend of live sessions, collaborative breakout activities and self-led reflection, you’ll experience TetraMap as a participant and step behind the curtain as a facilitator.

You’ll discover how to use the TetraMap model to:

  • improve communication across dispersed or cross-functional teams
  • increase connection and collaboration, even without being in the same room
  • build stronger relationships and trust, quickly and meaningfully
  • harness diverse working styles and strengths to drive performance

Once certified, you’ll be able to integrate TetraMap into virtual team sessions, leadership programmes, onboarding experiences and coaching conversations. The tools are flexible, accessible and ready to use — digitally.
