Nationwide are the UK's 3rd largest mortgage lender, and have integrated TetraMap into their award winning training. Designed to empower the sales and service agents to create meaningful conversations with customers, the Ignite programme is an ongoing success in assisting Nationwide to retain their position as the No1 financial institution for customer service.
Shifting Mindsets at Hamilton City Council (New Zealand, 2011)
As a result of incorporating TetraMap into their training programs, HCC has experienced a mindset shift at a strategic level, in staff attitudes, and in behaviours and performance. This illustrates the working principle of TetraMap that changing people's mindsets can change organisations.

Mindset shifts help military learn from nature (Singapore, 2010)
TetraMap International was invited by the Centre for Leadership Development, SAFTI MI (Singapore Armed Forces Training Institute), to stretch mindsets and transform thinking about how teams can more effectively and naturally, learn together. (NB:Since the writing of the study, TetraMap promulgation has been impressive and strategised for long-term sustainability throughout the forces. A broader Team Building project partnership begins in 2013 between SAF and TetraMap International)

North Shore City Case Study (New Zealand, 2008)
The first workshop changed behaviour, and broke down silos. The second, (6 months later) sustained these changes, and identified new ways to continue improving team performance and morale. A staff survey was conducted immediately after both workshops, with an impressive 31% improvement in morale.

Noel Leeming Case Study (New Zealand, 2009) 2:30 minute video
Noel Leeming is a leading appliance and electronics retailer with over 80 stores throughout New Zealand. The General Manager - Operations wanted senior staff and Regional Managers to come together for a day of personal and team development. It was a most valuable and beneficial experience that sets the tone for the future and gives us a platform to build upon.
